WARDEN's service history traces back to 1989 when it began supporting federal civilian organizations such as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and General Services Administration (GSA). We believe that our experience in supporting civilian, as well as, defense agencies allows us to consistently improve the quality of our services for both public and private sector clients. This is why, in the area of competitive sourcing, we chose not to specialize in just defense organizations, opting instead to support civilian organizations as well. As a result of our work throughout the Executive Branch, we have developed a unique perspective on best practices within many different organizations and have discovered and developed multiple solutions to similar situations. We understand the special culture and unique considerations present in many civilian agencies, including the benefits and challenges of decentralization, the need for direct and daily contact with the user community, and a need for tailored solutions with a direct relationship to their enabling legislation.
