Focus of assignments will be to improve a client’s process/procedures for completing organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis activities. Candidates must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, demonstrated problem solving ability, strong initiative, proven leadership ability, and have a comprehensive understanding of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and multimedia and graphical display software tools.

MANAGEMENT ANALYST (DoD)

We seek to identify motivated individuals who have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt quickly to different environments for placement on future consultant teams assigned to various Department of Defense clients. These positions require a high degree of qualitative and quantitative analytical skills in analyzing, evaluating, and improving the efficiency of internal administrative operations, organizations, or management. Focus of assignments will be to improve a DoD client’s process/procedures for completing organizational change initiatives, communications, acquisition logistics, material or weapons system sustainment planning, integrated production methods, inventory control, or cost analysis activities.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in:

1)      providing transition oversight and guidance;

2)      conducting implementation training for government personnel tasked in implementing transition activities; and

3)      completing staffing reviews, workforce planning, special projects, and varied project management tasks to support operational teams charged with implementing transition efforts for new and existing reorganizations.

Competitive Sourcing Analyst/Competitive Sourcing Senior Analyst

Description:   Currently, we are seeking Analysts and Senior Analysts, with experience in implementing OMB Circular A-76, to serve as team members and/or team leaders in support of competitive sourcing analysis. These positions may require extensive travel throughout the United States, with the possibility of international travel.
