The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Office of Operations Research and Resource Analysis (DORRA) has awarded Warden Associates, Inc. a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Business Process Reengineering (BPR) support.  Our winning team includes BCP International Limited (BCPI), Mountain Home Training & Consulting, Inc. (MHTC), Management Analysis Technologies (MAT) Inc., and The Patrick Wolffe Group (PWG).  The entire WARDEN Team is honored to have the opportunity to support this exceptional client.  DLA/DORRA offers a wide range of analytical services, from data-driven statistical analyses to business-oriented process improvement studies.  They apply the science of rational decision making and the study, design and integration of complex situations and systems with the goal of predicting system behavior and improving or optimizing system performance.  The WARDEN Team will provide Business Analysis through BPR support, including rapid BPR analysis.
