WAI understands the importance of organizing, storing, and making data readily available to our clients in order to ensure the success of our project partnerships. One method we have found very useful for this is a secure-access project website. WAI has developed a model to deliver secure-access project websites for team members to house and share data.  This model reduces complications in version control, provides a record of lessons learned and project updates, and easily organizes project files for transfer or review. WAI has successfully implemented these websites for some of our current clients and will continue to improve our capability to provide superior levels of service and value-added support in all our future partnerships.

Maintaining the security of our clients' information is something we take very seriously. This is of the utmost importance not only to ensure the integrity of our clients' information, but, in regards to competitive sourcing initiatives, to ensure a fair and equal competition in the spirit of the OMB Circular A-76 initiatives we are supporting. Therefore, control of user access is granted and overseen by a WAI website administrator. The WAI web administrator will obtain non-disclosure agreements from all users prior to granting access and will be the point of contact for any website performance related issues. All users will be given read-only access to all of the information and documentation stored on the website archives.

Only the WAI website administrator will have the ability to update files for record. As defined by the needs of each project, the website administrator will be responsible for coordinating with the project team members from WAI and client teams in order to maintain the most up-to-date data and file versions for project deliverables on the website, to define data groupings for storage and ease of access, and to develop a status reporting page to keep project management informed on the project schedule and teams' accomplishments.

Below is a list of some of the current projects we are supporting through the use of our secure-access website option:

If you are a current client who would like this service added, please contact your WAI project manager or Victor Jimenez (vjimenez@wardenassociates.com).
